Chances against rx8?

There's this guy @ school that wants a taste of my fc, he has a stock rx8 and I have s4 n/a with just intake and straight pipe, also my car is gutted from the inside, just dash and seats. should I accept his challenge? the guy seems like he weights around 250lbs.

race him. mine is the same, and i've walked them on the freeway afew times. one had an RB exhaust, and revI? intake too. its really close, but if you're a good driver you'll get him. keep it pinned when you shift.

I drive a RX-8 and it feels slower than my Mazda3... you shouldn't have a problem
