Trying to tune my Weber IDF 48 MM

I have an all out race car o it will not see the street, So I am trying to tune the 48 MM. I started with putting in 42 MM chokes a F11 emulsion tube 180 correction jet and 215 main. It was running rich. I have gone down to 135 main F3 emulsion tube 190 correction jet 65 idle jet. At idle I have air/ fuel ratio of 14 to 1 at 3000 rpm I have 12.5 to 1. I have lowered the fuel leave in the bowl. What do I have to do to get this carb to lean out? The engine is built for racing. Has a full bridgeport /carbon apex seals /aluminum flywheel / lighten rotors / I built a intake manifold and header 2 inch ti 3 inch pipe and I built a hi-flow muffler all stainless. The way the Weber is set up now it should be way lean but it is rich. HELP

It isn't lean it's way fat. So fat it won't run up my steep driveway. But I did fined the problem My fuel regulator was to high. It works from 4 psi to 9 psi so I bought another regulator that works from 1 psi to 4. I took the car out on the street today and it ran up my steep driveway no problem. Now I have to rejet the Weber because it is to lean now. It cuts out when I have my foot in it. So if anyone has problems I hope this will help. Too much fuel pressure will flood it out. See you at the track
