What classes can FC's compete in?

Greetings-

I'm about to begin the HPDE process to obtain my racing license, and I was wondering what classes NA FC's will fit into. I was planning on pursuing either the E30 cup, Spec Miata, or the 944 cup, but I'd love to race with an FC. The NA 13b's seem very cost-effective compared to the other series' engines seeing as they're constantly in higher revs (I've read tales of NA engines going untouched for an entire season; not sure how true that is).

Is it even worth it, or would I be better off spending what little budget I have in one of the other 3 series' I mentioned?

-Thanks

You can put a NA FC in ITS for SCCA Club Racing. To make a long story short, it's my observation that this car is very competitive in the class.

What are the fields like in E30 cup or 944, where you are? Spec Miata is a great place to start, the cars are relatively cheap and handle very well.

With NASA, You'd be in PT, the base class is PTF, but with mods your typical ITS car will be in around PTD.

yes and no... a well prepped and tuned integra GS-R will outperform the FC, as will the e36 BMW 325's. However, a well prepped FC will outperform the Datsun Z cars, 944's, and e30 bmw's.
