Upgraded Bushings

Hey,
Are there upgraded bushings available for rear FD suspensions?
Thanks,
Nick

Mazda Competition sells some OEM replacements that are "40% firmer". I think they are a nice improvement. If it's a track only vehicle you might be better off getting aftermarket bushings like Jim Lab's which are very hard.

if it's a street vehicle, you might want to search for a thread by maxcooper in the suspension section.

Replace the 6 rear pillowball bushings (factory Mazda @$50 each)... that should get the car back to normal. Beyond that the 18 delrin bushings that JimLab made (they aren't in stock... but people sell them all the time) go for $550-700. They are very firm... but the feedback from your car is great.

I daily drive my car with them... firm ride... but not overbearing as long as you don't commute thru construction zones.
