Transmission Situation. Help!

I'm trying to find a transmission similar to the one in the JUN Supra in the exvitermini.com I believe it’s called a plus or minus automatic shifter. I just want to know if there is a kit for my FD, if so what website can I go to, to get it.
How much does that shifter weigh vs. the stock 5-speed shifter in the FD?

Instead of the plus or minus automatic shifter, I meant the sequential manual transmission
