If you need to rebuild Penske shocks, have you thought about sending them back to Penske? I'm sure they can make spring recomendations as well.
Good luck

I know there is a guy here in Portland that has a Shock service and works on Penskes. I will see if I can find his number. All I remember is his first name, Chris.

Penske Shock Service

You can try contacting Guy Ankeny down in California. He did the Penske's for the Tri-Point ASP RX7 back in the late 90's and is well known for his capabilities in setting them up for autocross. He has started his own business selling customized Penske's under the banner Ankeny Racing Enterprises.... He did my 8100's for me and they are amazing, now I just need to get the car to more event.

I've been told that they aren't THAT difficult to service however I doubt that I will undertake it the job.
