I posted this in the for sell section, but i figured it should be here in the race car section to.



I have a 2nd gen drag car...... or what is ALMOST a drag car, that I am considering selling.

the extreamly long story made extreamly short, is that I turned my daily driver into what you see today. I took the car and removed everything down to a rolling chasis, converted the drive train to TII, caged the car, and added a bridge port engine to it.

after working on this car for years, and spending more money then I should have, the car just will not run correctly (it will not rev past ~6,000 RPM's). I know it's going to be something stupid like a distributor, or bad coils or somehting like that, but for now, I am just sick of working on it.

I do not have a price as the car is NOT for sell yet. I am just toying with the idea of selling it as I am tired of working on it. There is a lot more to the story but for now I am just trying to see if there is itrest in it.


oh yeah, so that I dont get a bunch of people asking me why I dont just try replaceing the coils, or the dizzy....... I have already. in fact I tried replacing the coils, dizzy, engine, plugs, wires, carbs, MSD's.... ect.

I am to the point that I either sell it, (I also have an RX-8 to spend money on) or take it to a rotary shop and drop it off and say "you figure out what is wrong with it"
