Do Rotarys have a problem with injector tick mind you I do have 2000cc id's

Its not a rotary thing. Its an ID injector thing. They tick like some bad ass coils. That's normal. That's what happens when you have good modern injectors.

It sounds real mechanical

And it's pretty damn loud.

Are your primary injectors also ID 2000's? Are you hearing this ticking during idle?

Yes they're also 2000cc and ya at idle crazy thing is I've noticed that when I'm trying to boost the tick seems to stop.

Idle and while driving, but it stops when I'm about to boost. thought It was an exhaust leak so we looked at the gaskets, the one between manifold and turbo was blown bad but changed that and it's still there. so that's where injector tick popped up in my head. The other theory is that maybe my full-race manifold is warped but it's still pretty new so I doubt it, but who knows anymore FD has been a big headache lol.

Exhaust leak at header will sound similar to injector tick. I have similar issue I'm sorting.

Have you figured it out what it is?

Do you thinks its possible my manifold is just warped?

My set up is new. Hasn't seen many miles. I just got my manifold back from machine shop and guy said it was warped pretty bad. I had it resurfaced. Hopefully it should be good to go. I'll find out if its totally fixed this weekend.
