Racepak G2X?
 

Is anyone here running with a Racepak G2X data aquisition system? Im trying to set mine up for the FC, and Im having a hard time getting it to work correctly. Among other things it needs to know the "tach pulses per 2 revolutions of the engine"..basically how many "cylinders" it should compute for the tach to work correctly.

Hey I know this thread is pretty old but I just got a G2x and went to Mazdafest last weekend and had my first runs with it. I hooked up the tach wire from the g2x to the factory tach wire on the coil and set it for 4 cylinder. It read fine all weekend long.

Anyway this thing is great. It is really nice to get the actual mph while driving and the predictive lap timing is a very cool feature. I love not having to remember to pick up the hot lap beacon too. I don't know how many times I almost forgot that thing.
