Race Shop Space in LA
We have 1000 square feet indoors and another 1000 outdoors behind a locked gate. There is room for 3-4 race cars with room to work and room for tools and some equipment. Outside area has room for 2-3 open trailers or long term "projects". Currently there are 2 partners and there is one car inside and one trailer outside. I have advertised this space several times over the years and it always goes fast. Area has been very secure for the last 3 years and the rent is very reasonable. It has 24 hour access, air, water, restroom, no phone, and can be equipt with 3 phase power. I have one opening and possibly a second(I am waiting to hear from current partner). The shop is located in North Hollywood adjacent to the Burbank Airport. I would prefer a racer looking to move out of his/her garage.
