Neo has a little higher wet boiling temp than Motul. IMO, I doubt you'll need that little extra you that's up to you.

meh, I ran Motul all last season with no problems, I would prob just stick with that.

3 1/2 litre bottle should be more than enough for a full bleed and to last thru the year right?

I'm not sure how much the '8 holds, but 1 litre is more than enough for a full flush on an FD. I would assume the '8 is about the same. So, the 3.5 should do you for a year.
