most aggressive FD spring rate for Koni Yellow Sports

What is the most aggressive FD spring rate Koni "yellow" shocks (front & rear) can control ?

I have a Tri-Point front sway-bar, stock rear-bar, and run 265/45R16 Kumho V710's for both autocross and trackdays.

I was thinking perhaps 600# front and 400# rear springs, but I'd like to know what the Koni Yellow's can control under their full stiff setting.

Plenty of people run the 550/450 combo, so i'm sure 600/400 would be fine.

Who makes these 550/450 springs that use the stock spring mount ?

You could probably get those with the Ground Control Coilover set.

Nobody as far as I know. M2 had a set of stock replacement springs at the 550/540 rate for a while, but I doubt you can still get them.

Just get the GC set. Then you can adjust height and change rates.

from my knowledge.....with out revalving you cant go above 600lbs..and you need to keep the shock setting to the firmest setting.

The RSR race springs are about 440 front 390 rear (5kg/mm front 4kg/mm rear???) and work fine with the Koni shocks and stock mounts.
