no need to replace oem coils for most racing setups. what type of racing? and what type of engine setup?

well, not simply for racing use. i was hammered and blew a radiator hose, didn't notice it until the heat was 3/4 of the way up on the dash guage. i don't know if i sprayed water on one of my coils or a wire or something. but i was trying to gather my options to replace things.
or i am not sure if i blew my engine or cooked a fuel injector or what...
what's happening is that aroung mid 3,000 rpm's it spudders, like lack of fuel or spark. not at 3800, i already fixed most of that secondary hes. through ground wires, grounding pres. snsr., ignition wires, fuel filter, full air intake, and exhaust (rb race header and presilencer, with cs single side cat back)

i've replaced plugs recently again, but it still does it, really pissing me off too. to top it all off, within the hour of fixing my heater hose (the one near the drivers side firewall) i am rear ended my a full size truck and trailer which hit my exhaust and bent it. also my clutch is going out. but i have an 8 lbs aluminum flywheel, six puck race clutch and under drive pulley getting put on soon.

ANY IDEAS ABOUT THE SPUDDER?

check all the wiring to and from the injectors. coils are probably not the problem. I would check all the connections though.
