Enough to keep the tire temps even.

Maybe something like 2.5 degrees?

There are many things that affect what you will need to run for camber. Too much to list in one response. Just keep an eye on the tires and go with what feels good on track. Too much camber will hurt your braking, not enough will shred the outside of the tires.
The rest of your suspension matters as well not just shocks and tires.
A pyrometer is a wise investment, cheaper than a new tire.

the correct answer is whateve makes the tire the happiest, tire temps, lap times etc

With My FC I've found it like a little more tire temp on the inside in the rear. When I set up for even temps across the tire it doesn't grip quite as good out of the corners. I'm running about 2.5 degrees out back and 2.7 up front.
