Heavy-duty Front Swaybar End Link Bracket
 

Does anyone know where to get one?

I'm looking for something similar to what this guy has, though preferably with just the one stock mounting hole.

(That particular bracket takes two bolts and an extra non-factory hole in the control arm. Not sure if this is necessary / desired.)

I'm also looking for a replacement adjustable end link similar to what I had, so I can adjust the swaybar pre-load (instead of the OEM- or RB-style end links).

You need S4 control arms, you have S5. See picture of S4 below that has 2 mounting holes. That bracket he has is just something made up with a welder, not necessary but simple to do. Stock is fine. S4 control arms easy to find, I am sure I have an extra set if you want to buy. As to another end link, it's just a male and female heim joint. I couldn't remember the difference for sure besides the replaceable ball joint so I told him to do a search or post. I see/remember now thanks to the pictures. :)

got the rod end figured out at pegasus.

I'm inferring that it's easier to swap the control arms & transfer the bushings rather than drill the second hole & add the bracket?

What bushings are you running, especially the large pressed on one? Delrin or urethane? Either of those I don't think are going to come out cleanly and probably be damaged upon removal. Your probably going to end up buying new bushing to press onto an S4 control arm. I bought these or you can also check Mazda Motorsports.

Swapping control arms is quick and easy, swapping bushings isn't going to happen, the big bushing isn't going to come off without destroying it. The shaft is not smooth and has 2 barb type lips on it. See below. I wouldn't even consider drilling a second hole. I think I have a pair of control arms with Energy Suspension bushings on them that were only used for a days at the track if you are interested.

I was going to get a new set and called up PSI at Sears Point. According to the sales rep, Whiteline kept the molds, but changed the material to polyurethane.

Thanks for the link to MMR. I've been trying to find the s5 lever end bushing which Mazda won't sell separately.

Mazdaspeed sells the Delrin kit for the rear & polyurethane for the front bushings.
