It looks to be simply a straight bar between the seatbelt mounting points, which will seriously limit the available seat travel. I'd want to see a bar more of the Sparco style:

They bolt between the shoulder belt points and have a bar that goes down to the outboard lap belt mounting points to stop the bar from rotating. That would allow a much larger range of seat travel. You'd likely have to either cut the interior somewhat (bin area, for down bar clearance) to allow the bar to be as far back as possible, so the seat travel's not limited, or accept a decrease in available seat travel.

You could get a welding/fabrication shop to build the pieces for you if you give them some detailed drawings with dimensions. Shouldn't cost more than a few hundred for a custom one. Just be sure to specify some beefy material.

Then there's the whole debate on having harnesses without a roll bar and some feel that it's not safe in the case of a rollover.

yea i have heard that before but I won't be racing my seven at all. I don't have any stock belts I guess I should just get the roll bar

For what you'll spend on getting a custom harness bar you'll probably be better off just getting a roll bar, as it won't be that much more expensive. If you get the Autopower one that you pick the DOM tubing, as ERW is bad.
