Fitting 7.25 clutch to FD. Need help ASAP

Right guys I'm in need of some knowledge. I am trying to figure out what parts and pieces I need to fit a 7.25 single disk clutch to my FD. I'll be running a FD gearbox along with a pedal box. And Ali flywheel to suit 7.25 clutch. The clutch I will be using is a Helix 7.25

As it sits at the minute awaiting clutch so ican get the beast turning over.

Now first question is do I go for a sintered or cerametalic? From what I gather sintered is the one I need? The car is powered by a 13b PP with about 300hp and 190tq

As for what disk to run I'm not sure. Again do I run sintered or cerametalic?
If I run sintered do I need to use an inner and outer? If I run cerametalic do I just run the single disk? I know I need a 23 spline by 1 inch disk

Or do I run one of these?

Sprung disk vs solid?

Next question. Release bearing... Can I run the slandered bearing with this clutch?

Any help with getting this set up right would be much appreciated. Thanks. Shane

And just for the sake of it. The money shot :)

The car is a all out race car. Will only see the circuit. Races are 15mins in length if that effects what clutch setup I will need to run.

We converted a car to FC push type setup and used the FC release bearing and bellhousing.

I've decided to ditch running a FD box for a few reasons. I just picked up a 6 speed rx8 box and the gearing is far better suited to a PP engine. It's not ideal but I don't have cash for a dog box with race ratios at the moment. Also the rx8 box is push type so should be alot easier to get the clutch setup working. It seems like getting the rx8 box to work will be a lot easier to fit than I had thought. The prop shaft from the FD goes straight into the rx8 box and the box length is the same as the fd in relation to prop shaft fitting so no need to go get a custom prop made up. It would have been nice to run the rx8s carbon shaft but you can't win them all. I'm not going to be running a PPF mount so a simple gearbox mount should sort out any problems there. The only other slight problem is the gear lever will sit about 4 inches further forward than where the fd lever will be. But being a small enough chap it actually suits to have lever a little more forward. If people are interested I can upload some pics of Fitting the 8 box into the fd? Just have to wait now for the clutch system to arrive!

Have you got a build thread of your pp mate ? Seems to be a very nice machine you got there
