Does anyone compete in BSP SCCA class?

Just been reading through the rules and tech regulations, can't decide if they have changed the rules regarding running a fuel cut defender or not for the BSP class.

It appears that the newest rules allow for (in my interpretation) "modifying the fuel cut control and legally running any more boost that occurs because of this modification"

You can run a FCD.
Here is a thread about last years rules change affecting Street Prepared:

Excellent, thanks for the information. I had to run in BSP because I had no cats, but was supposed to run in the modified class with the FCD. The only other person in BSP at the time didn't mind. Being pushed into the modified class for running the FCD was a messed up regulation.

The other one is the fact that you can't change out the DTSS bushings! I'm sure after i get everything off and install solid subframe/diff mounts and put it back together the rules for next year will allow solid DTSS bushings in the Street Prepared class.

Looks to be a way to gain some useable power by using a programmable fuel/ignition system that eliminates the Fuel Cut, along with free flowing exhaust. This way boost response can be made much more linear with an anti-lag fuel map and the ignition can be tuned to retard at a curve for a more rapid increase in boost. Should be no problem maxing out the stock s4 turbo at about 12psi with this method, that's probably enough power with the light weight of the car, if there is such a thing.
