Do you have a slosh tube in your carb? A 500 cfm is small for that motor, It should flow in excess of 580cfm. I run a 650 Holley on my B-port 12a ,I ran the same set up on a stock port 12a w/ different jetting, turning 9200 rpm's average and as high as 10,800 rpm's (sand drags) Are your fuel lines rubber or braided. I've seen similar issues with fuel line collapsing. Check between the tank and pump (the suction side) How often do you clean you air filter. Once the filter starts getting dirty, the rpm's drop off rapidly.

all thoes thing are good, keeping good fuel pres throughout.pluged a passage linking the 2 bowls together...was told in hard corners it would flow from 1 side to the other,as soon as wether permitts gonna run her an see if it workd.got a race in 2 weeks...that will be the real test! if not, thinking of trying 4 bike carb setup...cause i already have everthing i need.and if that still dosent work ill try a microsqurt frome megasqurt ( only $320) and go from there......just tird of workin on her and wanna fly!!!!
