(curiosity) building a 4 or 5 rotor and bare essentials for it
Okay, so if anyone here lives around areas where they have tractor and truck pulls, I'm sure you and I have all seen the gasser and pulling trucks, but all of them have v8s in them, if you were to build a 4 or 5 rotor for a pulling truck, what would be the bare essentials you would need? Obviously a 4 or 5 rotor eccentric shaft, but would you need any special machining done to build a 4 or 5 rotor?

its pretty simple .
most guys just jb weld the housings together and build a custom SIZE XL "C" clamp to keep it tight. Sometimes Ill keep a little duct tape handy in case some oil and water leak out the water and oil jackets. |
I usually just get 4 or 5 complete engines from the wrecking yard, plonk them in and serpentine them together with a couple of giant fan belts.

This is what you want. 12 rotor rotary engine made for drag boats.

There's only a 480 CUI limit though lol, a 6 rotor would work good!
