clutch master cylinder question for wilwood pedals

i recently picked up a set of the reverse mount wilwood pedals for my track fc im building

i have researched the perfect master cylinders for my setup and pedal feel desired but im trying to match the stock clutch master as well as i can. i know the bore is 5/8 but i also need to know the stroke too so the clutch isnt damaged from being pushed too far/too little

does anyone know the stroke of the stock s5 gxl master or know what size master to run on the wilwood setup? thanks

Plan on fabricating a pedal stop under the pedal/on the floor.
Before you take the old assembly apart, try to measure the throw of the slave cylinder at the piston.

When you install the new pedal assembly, adjust the pedal stop so you only move the slave cyl as far as the factory setup.

good advice. i already have the whole car apart but i can measure my other car or when i set up the bump stop, set it really high and then adjust it back till it just disengages the clutch
