Basic handling setup information?
 

Ok, i've searched the forums, but no luck (maybe my search skills just suck)

Here's what i need:

On a FR setup, what changes the car's handling characteristics ?
Could someone give me some basic info on what makes a car oversteer/understeer?

For example: Stiff front and soft rear = would make the car oversteer or understeer? etc

-suspension basics (stiffening/softening shocks front only, rear only etc.)
-strut bars (front and rear, oversteer or understeer?)
-wider tires, staggering, etc.
