I use Geez! and an in car camera and I already have nearly too much data ;)

Talk about too much data - I used to have a radio setup in my race car and took it out because I paid more attention to my crew than to my racing!

Here is a suggestion from something that helped my driving a lot. Try doing some karting in a competitive environment. Try finding an indoor or outdoor place where you can rentand try things out. Karts are easier to drive that large cars and the motions of smooth and overly aggressive driving are further amplified. Plus being wheel to wheel with other people you can follow people's lines and because everything is so much smaller you can be 2' off their bumper and really ride their lines.

I've learned a lot and my driving and racecraft have improved dramatically.

Sometimes autox are too short to get a good feel for what you are doing and having a longer duration event to play with will give you hours of seat time and at the limit driving/racing in a safe and cheap environment.

Even Michael Schumacher still runs his karts in the off season to keep in shape :)

Jeff, I'll go to Pat's Acres with you. It is a go-kart rental place, a couple of sessions will actually make you tired along with bruises on your knees and ribs.

It is between Portland and Salem, closer to you!

I have in car camera, and honestly didn't learn a whole lot from it. I could see where I screwed up, but not what I was doing wrong. The wife gave me a G Tech Pro RR for Christmas, and I have already learned a couple of things I was doing wrong, by superimposing my best run over my worst and looking for the differences. It won't take the place of good instruction, but it ain't bad, either.

BTW: WTF is Geez! Never heard of it.
