AFCO 80125N Radiator
My Ron Davis radiator that bolts to the stock mounts is not repairable. I ordered an AFCO 80125N which requires fabricating mounts (and some cutting I believe) but it won't be here until the day before I leave town for a race and will have to fabricate mounts and install at the track. This makes things a little more challenging than at the shop.
If anyone could please share pics of how they mounted this radiator in a 2nd Gen it would be a huge help so I have an idea of what material I need to get and can plan ahead. I can bring a grinder and cut off wheel but won't have aluminum welding capability at the track. PM if you would rather email than share the pics publicly. Thanks! |

I basically made mild steel shoes that the Rad fits in, top and bottom and then I bolt the front and back legs of the rad to the shoes. -Trent |
