ACT Xtreme Pressure Plate

With this PP, I use Ate Super Blue Fluid, 6 puck sprung disc, and a SS line...everything else is stock.

It recently broke my fork (about a year ago, it ruptured the OEM clutch line). I kind of saw this coming, but stayed in denial.

What can I upgrade to allow for the use of this clutch set-up? I hear Mazda upgraded the fork P/N a few years back, anyone know what year this happened?

TIA

These forks break because of an ill placed roll pin hole. I had a stock fork break a few years ago and I tig welded it back together--and reinforced it as well. It has worked fine and is now stronger than the stock part.

Given the poor design of the part, I would not put a new fork on without reinforcing it--especially with a high load clutch.

Is this for your FD?

Hydraulic throw out bearing is best repair, since it eliminates the fork.
