275/35/15 on a fb?
What do you think... this would be for a CSP car... anyway to get it to fit...
|
Is a must if you want to win. one of my locoal guy who run his 10th miata have those set up on his car.
He did not put fender flare. he just cut the fender..... f/R I think you should call CCW to see if they have any wheel for this type of tires |
it can fit on the back with flares but the front sway bar and spring perch get in the way. isn't there aguy here who is putting 275 on rear and 225 on front of 1st gen? if anything the wider rear tires will help with oversteer and put more power to the ground.
that's also what's going on my auto-x REPU!!! diamondracingwheels.com make wheels that'll fit and are cheap, but not super light. they advertise like 18lbs for a 15x10 but owners weighed them at like 22lbs? |
225 front / 275 rear wouldnt be much of an upgrade, thats a ton of stagger
|
ok, still doing research on this. I'm in the midst of doing gforce rear suspension and getting a sterling carb in, the next thing is bigger tires. I guess i'll have to look at flares and cutting fenders.
