I pick this item from STEVIE1020 that he said was a HOLLY INTAKE. he send me is Different model and year.the item in not a racing beat holly intake.the item he send me is racing beat deltro top manifold 86/92 6 pi.i pm him 3 to4 time on here and ask him is this a racing beat holly intake for 12a 79/85 and he said yes but is not.i call him and told him this is not what am looking for and i want my money back.i told him to pm me his addres so a can ship it back . I SHIP IT BACK AND HE GOT ON FRIDAY .BUT STILL NO REFUND IN MY PAYPAL #.

People like that should burn in hell!!!!!!!!!

That sucks chiquirx7 , I feel for you. You as well as I dont play that game. I sold a dash to bad83 and it arrived cracked because of UPS. Bad83 contacted me that night with photos and I immediately paypaled his money back and dealt with UPS myself. I do not like to get burned so I do everything to make it work with people and chiquirx7 is no exception he sometimes has to many of the same parts and actually ships out two of each for some folks. The sad part is that people dont even mention that they got two of the same parts, not even a thanks.

STEVIE1020 make it right, I know chiquirx7 personally and he doesnt play with peoples parts. You got the part now refund his money.

Contact the Better Business Bureau, they like to hear about internet fraud. I am sure the local police can ring his ears........

he guys sorry i got sick for a few days and for this ass whole that bought this intake from me i told him it was the right part. after we sorted it all out i asked him to send it back. it takes 2 weeks to get here that bag is all torn to hell and the part looks like shit. i sent him this part brand new in a prefect bag. so now that im not sick ill get him his refund he can hold the hell up. as for you game cube im sending it out tomorrow man im really sorry about that, i threw in an extra controller and some other stuff i found sorry for the hassle. i actually am good about shipping parts and he also didnt tell yall i shiped him his part over night. so lets look at this crap from both ways here ass hole. im only going to be able to refund what you paid for it not shipping. i gave you far enough warning it wasnt the right part. i cant find the thread but i posted in a thread it was the wrong part i know it looks bad on my part but oh well he will get over.

There is a huge difference between a holley intake and any other intake on the market you tried to rip him off thats bull.

I don't know how in the world an intake can get screwed up when Chiqui didn't pull it out of the bag, sent in in the same packaging back to you. Now, did the intake come out of the plastic and get damaged while inside the package? Maybe Chiqui has to file a claim and let the shipping company look at it?

There's obviously a lack of communication here. In the thread title, it clearly states that it is for a "deltro" (I'm assuming that Steve meant "Dellorto", but he sucks at spelling). However, in the PM, it is agreed that it is a Holley intake. I can promise you all that this is not the first time Stephen has called something by the wrong name. I assure that Stephen isn't trying to scam anyone, he has sold quite a bit of shit on this forum already. What I can't explain is the hold up. I understand that you were sick and are transferring to a new job, but c'mon, man....

Stephen, I suggest you just give this guy his $100 back ASAP. Even if the bag may be damaged, you'll still be able to sell it without a problem. First Gen people are always looking for a good price. ;)

Please don't all jump to conclusions, everyone. There is an explaination.

i sent stevie1020 $25 via paypal for an oilpan for a GSL-SE at the begining of this month (april 1st). i have not received the oil pan nor any replies to the emails that i have sent him. i hope that there is an honest answer for our situation...

I saw Stephen today, and he told me that he shipped out the GameCube for nfmsuprar1. He said that he had the tracking numbers and will be getting them to you.

chiquirx7: Stephen said that he did the PayPal last night, but when he checked earlier today, it didn't go through; so, he'll have to do it again. He mentioned something about shipping being $26, but I don't know where he was going with that.

As far as the rototiller goes, I've never heard anything about this prior. I'm on the phone with Stephen right now, and he's saying that the last time he checked PayPal, your money had not come in yet. He said he will check it out when he gets home tonight.

Guys, Stephen is a very busy guy. Going to school, starting a new job, and being sick is probably not the best time for someone to try to sell items on an internet forum, as such things are easily forgotten. I promise you all that I will try to remind Stephen as often as possible to get all of this straightened out. He truly isn't out to get anybody, he just needs some help keeping everything fresh on his mind.

There are no excuses, only reasons...it is clear that this guy has no business selling anything to people unless it's a garage sale at his domicile. You aren't supposed to rely on "memory" when doing long distance financial transactions and there is nothing hard in reading your ledger or cliff notes to see what needs to be done TODAY in your business world when dealing with others.

The fact that stevie1020 posts all of his "facts" regarding this transaction to be promptly OWNED by chiquirx7 with the truth is extremely damning.

Thanks for the heads-up on this cursing foh. Hopefully, his typing skilz will be up to par tonight and you'll get your full $100 back since the "overnight" shipping was a lie, also...:cool:

ok well wow i dont log on for a week or so and holy shit. well the gamecube and some extras should have made it there as well as the coils. im an ass and didnt realize i gave the guy with the oil pan the wrong paypal. i noticed it and have asked him if he would rather me ship it with extras or give him his money back. i have refuned you 85 dollars i took out the shipping if you wanna talk that over pm and we can talk. im not trying to scam anyone as if you as the guy with the gamecube he should have what i sold him plus a extra game controller and memory card. i lost out on that but hey i screwed up, ill get over it. im usually really good about the stuff but between not being home 14 hours and day and only having off sundays its kinda hard to not fall asleep when i have the chance. shawn did call and keep reminding so i thank him for that and sorry to all. ohhh and i a guy who i sold a rear iron to reads this please pm that damn thing had gotten broken and lost by ups so ive been trying to find the pm's we had but no luck

I talked to chiquirx7 earlier today and he told me that he recieved the money through paypal however he was charged for the transaction because Steve put it in as a payment and not a refund. Chiquirx7 only ended up with $82.00. That just aint right.
