I sold my s4 turbo with tranny to nairdalavodnas about over a month ago for $1200. He told me he only had $1000 and if he could pick it up and pay me the $200 intwo weeks. Am a pretty nice guy so i figured two weeks wasnt to far away so I said it was cool. Well the two weeks came by and he still didnt have it he said he had to pay rent or something and that he had to pay the guy that was installing the engine in his car. He said he could give me half with in a week from the day we talked. I told him I wanted it all at the same time so to give me a date on when he could pay me. August 10 was the day we agreed on and now he wont respond my pms or phone calls. So if anyone knows where i can find him just let me know. I wouldnt burn anyone on cash so I dont expect it to be done to me.:icon_no2: I think ive been pretty flexible with all this so someone HELP. Trust me am from the San Diego area and I can find him but I dont want it to get to the point were I go lookin for him cause am not going to be a happy guy. I will never do payments for anybody anymore, not even for "friends". I own a small computer repair shop and constantly learn things to do and not to do. Well the other day I had a "friend" say he needed a laptop for his teenage son and he was getting screwed at the nearest rent a center. So I sold him a brand new laptop for 750. He said he would pay 100 bucks a month on it. I told him ok even though something in the back of my brain was going off saying don't do it. Well of course the first month comes and goes with no payment. Now I have to call the cops here shortly and report a stolen laptop. Not to mention the day after I sold it to him a pretty good customer of mine comes in and wanted to buy that laptop with striaght cash. Oh well, live and learn but moral of the story is don't expect others to be a good person like you. They will scew you every time!

I figured if Teddy really is working on the car, he'd have the inside scoop and can fill us in with whats going on. At least Teddy's honest enough to be upfront about the whole situation.

I can understand that someone might go through some tough times, but the guy that bought the engine off of you should've planned ahead and took all these problems into consideration. I hope he gets back to you, with the money!

Ive got the same exact situation going on with me with a engine. Mine is with a local guy here in Vegas though. Bought my engine in oct of 06. Still he tells me hes been on rough times and I havent recieved full payment for it. Teaches you not to be so nice about stuff anything huh? It sucks.

i just gave nairdalavodnas 75(60+15ship) bucks to ship me a driveshaft. i have all the pms with all of our communication. I gave it to him via money order.. i dont know if that was smart(first time ordering something from someone off a forum)..

i really hope he gets you the money for the remaining 200 that he owes you.

well, i sent the money order on friday around 11am or so. so he should be getting it on monday. i think we should give him the benefit of the doubt since he talked to you about the driveshaft money -- and thats me, so hopefully he'll get u the money real soon. and hopefully he doesnt shaft me also -- no pun intended

sorry dood gimme your # agian, i cleared out my inbox and the only number i have for you is your work phone. and the guys said he sent me the money for the shaft so as soon as i get it ill pm you or call if (if you gimme your number agian.) but yah sorry for the delay, and i didnt pay any one to do the swap, me and my buddy dane have been doing it. almost all my paycheck have gone in to this car. its been a fucking nightmare. i buy it from a dealer in carlsbad like almost 4 months ago all in cash in full for 1400, he told me hed mail me the title i said ok. i still have no title. less then 3 weeks of having the car, some bitch on a cell phone wrecks my shit and i had to pay that outta pocket cos she didnt have insurence. almost 900 buckcks. this whole tiime i experienced this weird thing, ide be driving and i would lose power, i would turn the motor off (while driving) and turn it back on and the problem would go away, some times it would return some times it wouldnt. some one said it was a grounding issue, i regrounded my whole car. some one else said it was a clogged cat, got a new exhaust system. problem never went away. finally took it to the mazda dealership down the street from my house. they said my car had blown apex seals, which i found interesting sence the dealer i bought the car from said the motor had a factory rebulid....so i started searching for a new motor and found one near me for 1200 (blk seven). at the time i only had about 800, so i borrowed 200 from my dad. anywho, get the motor. i took out my old na motor, and drop in the TII, and was trying to scramble to get this shit done cos my dads friends where comming to town and they where gonna need a car. went and paid 300 for a down pipe and a drive shaft sense i have an na diff and they said they could do it, i didnt bother buying the mazdatrix one. turned out they couldnt and i paid for a down pipe and a tII drive shaft. so at that time i put up some of my old shit up for sale to buy a mazda trix DS. one guy bought said hell buyy my na drive shaft. and im waiting on my payment for that. all the while work cutting back my hours and me being car less for a while now. my dad took back his car and my brother let me use his for like 2 days, and then he sold it. and the bank decided to charge me 188 dollars from me over drawing in april on my last pay check, leaving me with only 170 in my account. which is complete bullshit, why would they wait so long? hence me not paying noel on the 10th as agreed.

and on top of everything, the 7 still isnt running. i cant get it to spark. i dont know what arong with it, the plugs are good, wires are good, coils are good. im pulling my hair out over this shit. i dont know. one i get it running imma sell it and buy a diffrent car. and i dont know how imma do that seening is that i dont even have the title.

Personally, If I was BLK SEVEN, I would not give a shit about any of these lame ass excuses that you have posted here. The bottom line is that you owe this man money and have broken promises to him. Before you buy one more fucking thing for your car you need to pony up the money you owe him. He helped you out and you screwed him over, period, end of story. None of the excuses that you have stated here are his problem....the money you owe him is however. I don't know BLK SEVEN personally, but I would be willing to bet that he is not a bank. Stop buying other shit for your car and pay him, THEN fix your 7.

I heard the EXACT same type of excuses from the guy who "bought" my engine. A year later and stll no money for me, but guess what? He just bought some shiny lil T3 turbo and all other kinds of performance parts. Shit like that pisses me off. I dont even know how people can go on acting like nothing happened when they owe people. I feel like shit owing someone money. Even if I need to cut out on food and eat .49 del taco softshell tacos for 2 weeks till I get paid again so I can pay off my promised dues, thats what ill do.

Hey kid, just pay up man. Let me put myself in your shoes for a second. I can see how life is stressing you out and things aren't going your way, but that doesn't mean you have to skrew someone else over and jack up their day. I know life is rough when you're broke, but you brought this upon yourself. You thought you could get a good deal on an RX7, then a good deal on an engine, but you failed to take into account the little things that pop up. You probably are bearly living from paycheck to paycheck and all your money is going into the engine, not even gas or engine oil. You fucked up, and now Noel is giving you the benefit of the doubt. He's giving you until this Friday to pay ante up. Just pay the man. You might be having problems with your car, but put yourself in Noel's shoes, you're fucking this up for him and he's trying to move out of his pad. That's a whole different level than a car! Take responsibility for your actions, swallow your pride, cash in your check and pay up. It's simple, you might have to wait another week to work on your car, but at least you won't owe anyone else but yourself.
