i am posting this thread because i am currently doing business with him, and WILL HAVE buyer feedback on him...

we are currently in the process of trading turbo's, and so far, he has been just FANTASTIC!

the deal:

his S5 BNR Stage 2 turbo for my "close to stock" S5 Turbo (it has a different compressor wheel for quicker spool) + some cash (he wants quicker spool for those auto-x events which have lots of tight corners).

i'm confident enough in him to send him my turbo FIRST, and upon receiving my turbo, i will fulfill my half of the deal, and paypal him the cash so that he can go ahead and ship out the BNR Stage 2 (using the same box i had shipped him MY TURBO in)...

of course, i had done a search here on his feedback and have found it to be + POSITIVE + :D

what i'm scared about the most is how much TRUST i have put into this guy. he has atleast 1,000+ posts and is very active amongst this forum. and i doubt that he would risk his reputation for the sake of an almost stock turbo.

i am typing this up for a sense of security and also to see if idsigloo can truly show his FIDELITY to RX7Club. i am risking the one and only turbo that i've got [which is a BIG RISK on my part], and i hope that the result of this will help others see whether or not there are genuine people out there...

update:

so he's got my turbo and has it installed onto his car, and is running just fine... :D

he says he shipped it out yesterday, but hasn't got me the tracking number to confirm it yet.

assuming he was telling the truth, everything is fine the way things are goin.

received the turbo today, and i couldn't have been any more pleased!!

he EASILY could have taken advantage of a vulnerable situation, but instead, he did the RIGHT thing and stayed true to his word :D he is very clear with his words and has always responded to me when spoken to. i would DEFINITELY do business with him again!

i'm currently on vacation and havent got the chance to inspect the turbo for myself, but i just KNOW that there are no surprises. once i check it out, i will post here again...
