Anyone heard from SLONSHO?
 

I bought a FD reaar wing from SLONSHO on Decemeber 2006. Until today, I have not seen the item yet. When I pmed him, he told me that he sent it out but was returned, there is no note left by USPS about the delivery attempt. He also could not provide me with his tracking number.

I tried to PM him about 4 times after that, NO ANSWER. Anyone know where this guys is or if he is still aorund. All I want is my item, so if you are reading this and have any info about him, please help me out. Thanks a bunch in advance!

actually sounds like this guy is from that same group of people complaining before, not something that happened afterwards.... If he's sticking to his new taking care of his customers policy he should chime in, otherwise he probably needs a good banning :tonque:.

Like i said, this sounds like another person from that same group of people (from that post you just brought up), he didn't speak up at that time so he didn't get his shit (SLONSHO full on admitted he couldn't remember all of the transactions and that if someone had been ripped off they needed to contact him!!). This isn't some new scam SLONSHO is onto or anything, I applaud your eagerness to out scammers, but chill out dude :tonque: :lol:.

There is no mention of when code3 pm'd him, very well could have been before he started reimbursing the people he wronged and before he lost track of all the records. I'm just saying you seem to go a little overboard with your methods, lashing out at other innocent forum members for instance ;). He already admitted he made the other names and everything else, all I was pointing out is to possibly not jump the gun and go overboard before the whole story gets laid out. Again i'm not defending SLONSHO, he fucked up, big time, you are right to warn people about him just don't be so aggressive about it.

I got a hold of SLONSHO. Everything is taken care of. I will inform as soon as I get the tracking number. Thanks man, it is just a misunderstanding on the PM system.

When your item arrives as advertised...then it's taken care of. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I wouldn't say it's done until the item is in the buyers hands, I think your getting a little ahead of yourself, just the same way some of the scammer patrol guys get ahead of themselves at times :P.

The issue with him is not about the fact that he may be trying to be a good seller now. This issue is that he did not come through on several transactions on another screen name.
While those transactions were still not taken care of, he created another name and started selling stuff again and begging people to leave him feedback.
He was called out as being the same person that had bad transactions and he tried to sit and deny it over and over again.
Once he was caught and was found out without a doubt he was indeed the same person he all of a sudden decided he would make things right with the people he had already screwed.
People like Goodfellas and rx7goomba are trying to look out for forum members by staying on the thieves and scammers and I for one am thankful that they are here.
Slonso was, is, will always be a scammer in lots of peoples books.
If he was a legit person he would never have created a new name to start selling products on, he would have owned up to his bad transactions and the fact that it was the same person when first confronted about it.
The way I see things had no one called him out, he would have never made good on his past dealings.
Perhaps he is trying to be legit this time, or perhaps hes building that rep up selling low dollar items waiting for that one big dollar item to not come through with. I personally do not care.
Its quite simple, for whatever reasons he did not come through with what he said he would, came back under another name and continued selling again. Was found out and then and ONLY then did he start trying to make good.

Now had he come back on his original screen name that he screwed people on, and did his appologies and made things right I might have a different opinion of him (still would not buy anything from him but might think alittle better of him) but coming back on a new name and denying the past makes him a shady shady person.
The thing that pisses me off about this whole situation, is that I am doing a single switch and body mods, which will leave me with some parts that I would have liked to sell on here. Unfortuantly due to my lower post count (long time viewer, short time poster due to the fact that there is a wealth of information here and I am not going to go around post whoring with smilies to raise my count.) my chances of selling anything over the forum are about ziltch because people (myself included) are getting to the point where if they don't know you or you don't have 200 "great seller" posts and 10x that in post count they will not take the chance.
You guys can stick up for slosno all you want but like I said considering he never made things right until he was called out by people like goodfellas and rx7goomba leaves me to believe he never planned to make things right. (hence the name change.
You all should be giving rx7goomba and goodfellas a :icon_tup: and a big :fawk: to slosno.

P.S. The matter with the current buyer in this thread is not resolved. He was told to expect a tracking number within 24 hours and he would post an update. So far its been almost 48 hours, no update of a tracking number. Once he posts he has a number and then posts that is stuff showed up, then it could be considered resolved. Regardless Slosno is still a lier and a thief and always will be in many peoples book regarless of how well he may be doing now. Thats the bad thing about a reputation, fuck it up and it will follow you forever.

and I agree with fikren---part of the problem is the deceit, the lies, the changed screennames, having his partner in crime bassem/fdlover28743/rx7_newbie (see a pattern here with changed screen names?) come in to vouch for him as a good seller, the fact that he's NEVER apologized or seemed the least bit sorry for all the people he screwed......that is the issue.

Nobody has gotten ahead of themselves. This is a forum, and within bounds, they can express their opinions. If you want to feel like a broad-minded, enlighted guy.... fine. You buy from him. Despite 4 billion to 1 odds, some people still think OJ didn't do it too.

I think you need to learn how to read and comprehend what you just read.
I never claimed that you did not talk to everyone involved. I never claimed to have any inside facts of your private conversations. I never claimed that you did not resolve any past issues.
My post was simply a condensed version of why so many people think you are a piece of shit and are trying to warn others of your business transactions.
You were the one that left people hanging for 6+ months after taking their money. You were the one that then changed their name and were selling stuff left and right. You were the one that denied it was the same person when people started calling you out.
If you were a stand up guy that planned to take care of the people you wronged (hell I know things come up, hang nails, bad haircut, a-team marathon on tv) then why change your name and deny being the same person.
It wasn't until you got found out that you started making good. This leads one to believe that you had no intentions of making good but did it because your new secret identity was found out.
This also makes one wonder if the only reason that you did and are making good is to build your rep then drop your "master scam" in someones lap.
I hope you have changed your ways, maybe you found God, saw the light, entered a 12 step program, and have been reborn as a new man.
I am by no means a fortune teller or future seer I can't say if this new trend will last. I can say that since you will never get any money from me it really doesn't matter as far as I am concerned.
People should still be aware of they way you have conducted business in the past.
I have also not bagged on any of your "clients". If anything I have all the respect in the world for them. They obviously have the biggest hearts or the largest set of balls I've ever seen to take a leap of cash and hope what the paid for will show up. If people want to give you that chance that is their perogative. Others that are making it known of your past business practices are mearly doing so for the benifet of others on this forum as there are alot that just don't want to take that risk.
Now for my personal opinion, I personaly think you are a shady, untrustworthy, piece of shit. I would rather go to the mazda dealership, buy every piece of my car from the nuts and bolts to the panels at hugely inflated prices then stand to lose $10 bucks to you.

Trust and you are not two things that go together. My research is based off of posts of where you deny and beat around the bush of being the other person. Never once did you or anyone else speak up saying that things were being taken care of until people found out your little secret. Again if you were taking care of things and planned to be the stand up guy then why the name change all of a sudden? Point is IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN ANY TIME PERIOD!!!!!!! You sell an item, collect the money, you send the item. Ok parents had an accident, sorry to hear, you bury them take a few weeks to somewhat compose yourself then you take your ass to the post office and take care of business.
When you sell stuff (especially in the quantity I've seen you sell) you have entered into a business contract with said person. Once money has changed hands it is your responsiblity to get said items to them. Not wait 6 months, not forget who you even owe stuff to.
No you see we wouldn't even be having this conversation if
1) you didn't feel the need to change your name and start selling all over again
2) didn't ignore and deny inquiries about you being the same person
3) had someone post prior to you being "found" out that things were being handled
4) had you come forth and in a calm, reasonable fasion let people know what the deal was. Did that happen? no you walked back in under a new name, posted stuff for sell, apparently went through some siezures when you were typing some of your "beware of the stalker heath" thread. BeCauSe THiS ShiT IS rEDiCUloUS.
Denied being the same person, ignored people asking for info to see if you were the real person, then had to make a post asking people to come forward who you screwed over because apparently it was enough that you couldn't even remember all of them.
Another thing you still have not seemed to comprehend is that I have not claimed you did scam anyone or did not make things right. I have just commented on your shady practices, ie. taking cash, disappearing, reappearing with new name, making things good with all when found out.
I think everything mentioned there is fact. Like I said earlier, taking money and not delivering for 6 months has no excuse. If you can't handle coming through on your end in a timly fashion without all the BS then you shouldn't be allowed to sell on here at all.
My opinion you shouldn't be on here at all....I don't know too many businesses that are going to be around for long with a 6+ month time frame to get the part or the money back when the buyers are expecting it within a few days.

It has nothing to do with giving him a chance to prove himself. As its been pointed out he claims to be doing right. Its a point of letting others know how he has operated in the past and let them decide if it is worth the risk or not.
This is the good guy/bad guy section. This is where we find out whos good and whos bad. Slosno falls into both catagories and its up to the buyer to decide what he/she will do.

I am sorry to hear about your parents, but you claimed you were taking care of people before during and after yet some were not taken care of for 6 months or better. You think you are the only person to lose parents, relatives, people close to you? If you sold me something and you have my money I really don't give a shit what is going on in your life I want my product/service. Now had you contacted me as the said buyer and said "I just lost my parents" then I might be inclined to shed a tear with you and work something out. The problem is you did not do that and in some cases didn't do it for over 6 months until you were found out with your new name selling stuff again.
How have people manipulated what I have read? Have they blocked you from said posts so that you can't give a full story? Did someone hijack your new name and post denying who you were and ignoring others? What I find funny is.....all these people spoke up particularly in the thread this post was pulled from AFTER the name change, AFTER people stalked your threads trying to get you to come clean on being the same person. In fact almost all the people that spoke up in this particular thread all same the same thing:
"Rico called me TONIGHT" not rico called me 3 months ago but "Rico called me TONIGHT". Now seeing as you had for sale threads up that led to people stalking your posts that lead to your "beware of stalker heath" thread that lead to "Rico Called me TONIGHT" that leaves it to believe that you had no intentions of making good. Not until your new name was found out did you all of a sudden "so sorry guys its been ruff I'm making good". I would think if you were planning to make good, YOU WOULD HAVE MADE GOOD RIGHT OFF THE BAT, not set up your sales again under a new name and wait for people to call you out before we started seeing those "Rico called me TONIGHT" posts.
