Untuned PFC Question
 

I just bought a PFC from someone this was the description:

"I have it ordered directly from A’PEXI and it is fully program for the 1994 FD3S 13B-REW engine."

I have a 93 with Greddy Intake, Dp back exhaust, Greddy SMIC w/Elbow, Efini Y-pipe.

My questions are, If I just connect it, will it just run?

Also with the PFC just the way it is...do I still have to worry about going over 10psi? I know I wont be getting the most power out of it..but I'd like to not have to stare at the boost gauge while accellerating, Untill i can get it to someone who can tune it.

Fix the two neg split cells in vacuum and you should be fine running 10-11 psi with those mods on the base map. The PFC can control boost, so you don't have to worry about overboosting, once you've set it up correctly.

Now when it get fully tuned, I can run max whatever the stock turbos can make for boost, correct?

Which Cell in which map was the ones I need to fix?

Cells P04/N18 and P06/N16 have -1 deg of split. Go to the trailing ignition maps and reduce the timing in those cells by 1 deg. This will give you 0 deg of split, like everywhere else under medium vacuum. Make sure you understand how to change these before doing so. It's really not a huge deal so it's better to take the time to understand how to properly do changes before doing them.
