Techedge Wideband // FC Edit Settings

Hey guys,

I'm getting a different AFR reading (about .5 or so) higher within the FC-Edit program compared to the graphical display on the TechEdge LX1.
I have the decimal place setting on, I have the Poly settings as 0 2 9 (or 9 at 0 volts and 19 at 5.) I'm assuming it's the Poly settings I have wrong?

Any help is appreciated!
I've browsed the forums/google for a few days now, but I apologize in advanced if I managed to skip over an easy solution.

Thanks!

I have owned three different wide bands. Only the last two have their own integrated meters.
But all three have read about .2 to .3 AFR leaner then they should. The following is simple.

You have to calibrate the Datalogit reading to the wide band meter.
Place the O2 sensor in a large jar with the top sealed with a couple layers of cellophane and rubber bands.Turn all on and wait for the o2 sensor heats up and stabilizes.
Inject propane into the jar and maybe a little air until your WB meter reads the AFR you plan to tune to at max boost. Record what the DL says the AFR is.
Adjust both the A and B values so the poly is shifted enough for to get the correct reading.
Repeat until success.

Luckily my WBS have internal circuits so the output was liners.
So for my professional level WB that records only 10 - 16 afr, the values should be a=0, b=1.2, c=10.
But because of the DL reading off, I now have, 9.18 - 16.18, a=0, b=1.4, c=9.18.
