PIM Voltage adjustment

Hey guys, I noticed a couple things earlier when playing in the PIM Volt settings with the car off (using just the commander, I don't have a datalogit). First, selecting different options (Normal or Option1 or Option2 etc.) doesn't bring up different settings on the next screen, the percentages are the same across all options. Furthermore, if I make any changes to one option all 5 options reflect those changes. I can't change them independently of one another. Am I doing something wrong or is this as it should be?

Second, if I just flip down from 'Normal' to 'Option1' I can hear a relay buzz under the hood. If I then scroll the cursor up to 'Normal' again, I hear a relay click once. It only happens selecting between Normal and Option1, there's no noise moving between the other options. To be clear this is just highlighting them, not hitting next that I'm doing. What am I hearing??

Last, after making some small adjustments to 'Normal' I drove the car again and noticed no change. I'm still lean under boost and seeing the same AFR's across the whole range of rpm's. I moved 8k rpm's up to 110% and scaled the other rpm's approximately linearly starting from 4k. Again, am I doing something wrong? I was under the impression this would improve my AFR's or at least show as a difference I could see when watching my wideband gauge?

My goal is to make this car safer to drive a distance to get to a proper tuner. I don't want to damage it, but I need to drive like 3 hours minimum.

Mods to the car:
Modifications to the car:
- stock twins (simplified sequential)
- aftermarket rad and intercooler
- custom intake + piping
- downpipe + 3" exhaust straight back to muffler (no cats)
- Power FC + commander
- simple water injection, comes on under boost of ~8-10psi, just water
- HKS twinpower
- aftermarket clutch and lightweight flywheel (not terribly relevant)
- street port
- larger injectors
