Narrow Band V.S. Wide band

If you have the PFC and you want to do your own tuning what are some things you must have?
data logit?
wide band?

or can i do some resonable tuning with just a commander and a narrow band?

let me know, you guys have the experience

Don't tune with a narrow band. They are not accurate enough to give you data worth making tuning decisions on.

The PowerFC / Datalogit / Wideband combination is fanstastic for tuning.

If you don't want to go to the trouble, you can go to a dyno and do runs with a wideband connected and make adjustments based on that data.

thanx man, so a narrow band o2 guage is useless ?

A narrow band O2 sensor is useless for tuning. It can be useful for seeing if you are in closed loop mode, or perhaps noticing a change in your "normal" readings (but even then the readings change with temperature).

Do a search on this forum, I posted a comparison of my NB vs my WB on one of the threads awhile back.
