does koko move turbo control actuator?

One of the steps in diagnosing twin turbo problems is this key on key off and watch the charge control and turbo control actuators move after running the car to get vacuum and boost into the chambers. Does koko work for the turbo control actuator?

Some say the turbo control moves briefly, but they all had stock ecu's. I hung a wire on the rod placed it so I could see it move when I turned the key from the driver side door while looking under the car at the wire. Had no movement.

Would some with twins known to be working correctly be so kind as to hang a wire so it dangles freely and look under their car as they turn the key?

My problem? Having trouble with secondary turbo coming on at wot. Getting 10-5-2 psi boost pattern.

Replaced both turbo control solenoids. tested them before install, they actuated and held pressure/vacuum after being baked in the toaster oven. no vacuum hose leaks, viton check valves all work. And the turbo control actuator does open and close when vacuum and pressure is applied.

If the turbo control actuator is suppose to move then I think I may have a wiring or low voltage problem at the solenoid.

Then you have both the vacuum and pressure tanks which are used in the operation of the system. If you drive a little and run some boost, after you turn off your engine, both tanks should still have vacuum and pressure in them. If not then that is a problem to be fixed.

forgot to write in that the tanks hold their vacuum and pressure respectively.

also getting bucking at 10 psi which brings it down to 5 then hitting the higher rpm's the bucking stops as the boost goes to 2. fuel pressure steady at 41psi. coils pass bench test. idles great, no misses at higher rpms.

does anyone know if koko actuates their turbo control?
