Apex-I boost control kit
 

My Friend in Japan is going to send me the boost control kit and I am wondering if anybody is using this kit and if it is truly plug and play or do I have to hack into any wires? It looks like it just plugs into the PFC for the solenoid but what about the MAP sensor? I currentlly run stock non seq.twins with ported W/G but will be changing over to a GT3540 over the winter.

The MAP sensor that the boost kit includes is a 3 bar MAP sensor that replaces the stock MAP sensor, so you can run up to 30psi with it, all you have to do is select Option 1 to use the MAP sensor included in the kit, plug and play.

Yeah it is plug and play ... I'm using it.

How much functionality does the boost control add on actually have?

I'm torn between that, or putting an AVC-R in...
