Should i get a sr20det engine swap or get a turbo 13b conversion?

Im kinda frustrated since everybody where i live doesnt wanna touch the rotary engine since they said that the engines are too complicated and they all recommend that i go for the sr20det!! But i wanna keep it a rotary since its a second gen and the mazda dealership said that they wont also touch a turbo!! What should i do??

Hey, you're like close by to Pensacola!

Try and find the P'Cola dudes - there's a bunch of them that own FC's and FD's.
Maybe they might be willing to help you?
I think Dale Clark is dcfc3s or something like that...

I was born in pcola!!! Lemme try and find you a few numbers, there are alot of awesome mechanics that wouldn't mind hooking you up in pcola.

I don't think I'd agree with a rotary being difficult to work on or being to complicated.

I'd guess the whole reason for swapping out the rotary for another engine would be to get more displacement. Stick with the easy stuff. Slap a small block in it and call it a day.

Any engine can make good power if you throw enough money at it. But you'll get the biggest bang for your buck with a larger eng. like a small block. Grannys speed shop did all teh hard work for you just buy a kit and it is a bolt on installation.

Two rotors, a shaft, a series of seals and an oil pump is complicated?

Must be an east coast thing.
