rotary powered s13...

So I have an na 13b that needs a rebuild. A 91 fc with a great body and a 240 that used to be a drift car. Engine is fine. Injectors might be clogged. But, a friend wants to buy the fc and ka from. My 240 and spend about 5k on a turbo build for it. Leaving me with an s13 platform and rotary powerplant. I want to do some weight reduction. And build the rotary for about 20 psi and around 300 350 hp and swap it into the s13. I have no time limit. And job permitting, money might not be a huge issue. This will be a track car only.
Anyone know someone who has done a similar build?

One of my recent concerns is torque.. my s5 didn't have much and seein as in im not goin with FI im gonna need an alternative to get more. Im gonna go with either a street or bridge port probably a microtech ems. Lightweight flywheel and stage 2 clutch system. But im still worried about torque I hear the tII trannys can stand more abuse so im wondering if I should grab one of those or put new gears in the na tranny for more torque. Also do they make dogtooth gears for these transmissions? And some type of cushion for the gear selector fork?

He gave up after having the engine welded in place by a blind monkey and now has an LS1 in there.
