13bTII engine converion into my N/A chassis what would it take?

Hey I have a 1988 GTU N/a 13b and i was looking for more power. I dont even know who even makes a turbo kit for the car if there is any, so i was thinking i would just put a turboII engine in it and have a good base. I know that i need a stronger tranny so i will be upgrading that.

I was looking around and found this interesting
http://www.bestofjdm.com/COMPLETE-PA.../jdmmazda7.htm

It looks to be a package deal so i would get the motor and the tranny to go with it. I wanted to know what other things need to be done/ bought to make it work and somewat driveable.

thanks

If your not an jerk to the NA transmission ( dumping the clutch and other jackassery ) the NA transmission will shockingly support about 375-400HP. So if your on a tight budget you can run the NA trans indefinitely. But lets be honest. your going to dump the clutch everyone does. so the TII trans is the way to go.

As for the link.
The thing with JDM swaps is that once you buy them it's still not as simple as dropping it in and driving. The engine has to be rebuilt. with a minimum of the coolant and oil control rings being replaced. then provided everything specs out and checks out you can reassemble it and drop it in. Usually with a new clutch added along the way. Hopefully the turbo is also still good. Personally here is what I recommend. Buy a blown engine and a good trans and driveshaft from someone on the forum. The engine should be about 500 trans 200 harness and ecu maybe another 3-400 driveshaft 75 bucks or so. Then send the engine off for a rebuild or rebuild it yourself. Port to suit and rebuild the stock turbo if you plan on keeping it ( roughly 75 in parts and hella easy to reassemble). In the end you come on cheaper since your not shipping parts all over the place. and you have a nice fresh engine to play with.

I can price match for the same swap..

You will also need to upgrade:
Fuel pump
TII Throttle cable
TII diff
TII 1/2 shafts
