What to do?

I am on the fence on what to do with my B2200 this year. I currently have a working NA 13B in my B2200, has a header, full exhaust, lightweight flywheel, port matched intake manifold, premix, atkins aux sleeves, Adaptronic Standalone, 4.78 gears. I have a S4 Turbo with an upgraded compressor, 1000CC secondarys, I assume a street port, 3mm apex seals that I plan to swap in.

My dilemma is do I swap in my turbo motor now, or keep with my NA motor for another year? I swapped over to the Adaptronics standalone at the end of September so that I can learn it on a more forgiving NA engine. To my suprize, it has really woken up the NA motor for daily driving with my mods, but I feel I am not ready to tune a turbo motor yet, and nobody around here has experience with Adaptronic, but I am stubborn and like doing stuff myself anyway.

The swap will not be a bolt in swap. I will be swapping tranny, modifying the driveshaf & tranny, I have to figure out how to install this V-Mount FD intercooler that I got, might try to V-mount in a B2200 lol. I am expecting to have to make a header for the turbo, preliminary measurments are so close to hitting the frame that I cant say it will fit or not. I am also missing some parts, I will have to upgrade my exhaust as I only have a 2.25" exhaust.

Should I stay with the NA for one season, learn the Adaptronic features during actual summer (its -18ºC right now and I am driving my truck still with the standalone)? If I swap now, I feel it will take awhile, and I will be waiting on parts needed, and I want to drive it lol.

I should add that I do use my truck as a truck, I have put this poor little motor through alot, the most I towed was a loaded 10ft tent trailer, probably 2500-3000lbs, a 4X4 quad in the box, me, my wife, and our 2 dogs. Towed that 80 miles on the highway, wasnt the fastest, but I could maintain 50mph in 5th, or 60mph in 4h. Initial starts were fun with a spec clutch and lightweight flywheel lol.
