RX2 Brake,Turn Signal and Flasher light not Working

1 Attachment(s)
Can use some help on this. Recently purchased a RX2 and the brake, turn signal nor hazards are working. Fuse checked out ok, regular lights work ok, just no brake, turn or flasher operation. I am thinking it is a relay problem since all 3 functions aren't working. While tracing wires under the driver side of the dash where the relays are located, I noticed a 3 wire connector in the attached pic hanging out by itself. Can Anyone tell me if it should be connected to a relay and which one? Am I over looking something simple?

If you can't even get brakes to work, something isn't connected. If it's anything like my REPU, there's a large relay under the dash that the brake and turn signals feed into. It works in conjunction with a flasher relay in the CCU. If you get brake lights, but turn signals just turn on and stay on, you may need to replace the flasher relay with a modern unit that works with LED bulbs. That way it won't be as sensitive to bulb resistances.
