Mystery part

disassembled an old 12a and I’m rebuilding it. Does this go into the threaded hole on the bottom of the timing cover?

have you downloaded a factory manual? you can get one at foxed.ca or Mazda RX-7 Reference Materials

Just took a look at it. Do you know the torque spec?
