Lotus super seven?
Any one know if there are any sites out there that has info on a rotary in a Lotus super seven?

there is one running in Canberra, Australia. It was street legal with an NA 13b, but has since had a 13bt installed. On low boost it holds the local hill climb track record for a club meeting - beating serious open wheelers. He doesn't have a site, but I might be able to find some pics somewhere.
THere is another local one that looks like he will be replacing the 12a with a 12at... :) |
Hi!
Would be great with some pictures or maybe even a mail adress to the owner? //Magnus |
do a search for "Rotus". There was a kit a while back by that name.

I hope the pics were ok. The guy who owns it also has a Lotus Elise... he calls it his "slow lotus".
There was a clubman class of circuit racing in New Zealand that seemed to use Lotus derived chassis and 12a engines. |
Chevron
in NZ we have a manufacturer call Chevron, they make those lotus seven type cars, there is a guy in our car club who has a 12A extended port in one, they also make a model called an Aprisa, they have a 13BT in them running 15psi with microtech injection, they are hella quick around circuts, cause they weigh sh1t all.

MARIAH has set up a couple 13bt motors to go in Lotus/Chaterham 7s
