I don't normally venture into this section too often, but parts are my speciality :) Just to make sure, is the car in question a coupe, sedan or wagon?
From my understanding of the RX-3 parts catalog, the main rear floor section (Location #14) is separate from the bulkhead under the rear seat (location #24). Then there are the rear wheel arches (#18 & #19), reinforcements (#20 & 21), trunk floor edges (#22 & 23) and a funky little hump-shaped bit at the tail of the car (#29). Anyway, here are the part numbers for each of the above parts for the Coupe & Sedan versions: #14- Pan, Rear Floor: 0866-56-210C (0866-56-200C for after March 1973 builds) #18- Panel (R), Wheel House: 0866-56-330 #19- Panel (L), Wheel House: 0866-56-830 #20- Bracket (R), Damper: 0866-56-350 #21- Bracket (L), Damper: 0866-56-850 #22: Panel (R), Floor Side: 0866-56-381 (Sedan)*, 0378-56-381 (Coupe)* #23: Panel (L), Floor Side: 0866-56-881 (Sedan)*, 0378-56-881 (Coupe)* #24: Member #3, Cross- 0866-56-400 #25: Member #4 (R), Cross: 0866-56-450A #26: Member #4 (L), Cross: 0866-56-470A #27: Pan, Spare Tire: 0866-56-481A #29- Insulator #2: 0866-56-702 *Add an "A" suffix for builds after June 1973 As for the Wagon, it's much simpler so here's those too: #4- Floor, Rear: 0899-56-300E #5- Member (R), Rear: 0585-56-330B #6- Member (L), Rear: 0585-56-830D #17- Support, Seat: 0187-56-235 (2x required) #29- Cover, Service Hole: 0585-56-901A #30- Tape (AKA Seal for Service Hole): 0585-56-902 As for tracking them down in new, fresh form, Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda would be my first call. Beyond that, you might ask Aaron Cake or maybe Logan at Defined Autoworks (GTORX7.) |
