Help Identifying Fender

This fender was in the back seat of an rx-3 that I bought a few years ago. I had assumed that it was an rx-3 fender but once I got the car home and I looked at it, I realized that I don't know what it fits. It looks old school Japanese. Mazda? Not sure.
