grease cap removal

jesus, is there an easy way to get this thing off? went from one pair of channel locks to an even bigger one, and im also using a chisel to try and get it off but its just not going ANYWHERE. it may have moved a mm but thats it. (not sure if thats from it moving, or taking off the metal from the chisel)

If it's rusty, try soaking it with a little P B Blaster first. After that, I use a medium, #2 flat screw driver and work my way around the cicumference. Once it's out the thickness of the screwdriver blade, twist the screw driver.

Sometimes you can tap the at the end of the side, down and loosen from there.

i dont see any rust on it at all. we tried plying it with the screwdriver first, but it just wouldnt go, then we switched to a chisel and that didnt help either.
