Centerlink needed

Does anybody know of a company that makes new replacement Centerlink for a 1974 Mazda Rotary Pickup.

MOOG, Napa brand, Rare Parts, and Dana dont have a listing for the repu, The 1974 B1600 Centerlink which is avalible is to short.

let me ask my bro who is a parts distributor here in LA.

I guess this means the last replacement you ordered was also too short? Crap, I hope my poor REPU doest have to stay up on jack stands too much longer.

Just a thought Mazda made the Ford Courier so check with the ford parts dept just maybe. Good luck

The Courier one is the same as the B-series trucks and like them, is about 3" short. Thanks for the idea.

i just spoke with my bro. center are not available. but in case anyone is interested, he can get the inner and outer tie rods for about $15 - $20/each.

o,well I guess ill just duct tape it back together

just kidding

Choices are to have a centerlink off of a 74 B1600 lengthened or send off the old one to Rare Parts to have a new joint installed into the Centerlink.

I MIGHT HAVE ONE, WERE IS THE CENTER LINK U ARE TALKING ABOUT

Tom93R1 09-08-03 11:54 AM

The center link is just behind the front wheels. It goes from he pitman arm to the idler arm. The pitman arm end of it has a ball and socket joint on it. Do you have a parts REPU or is this just something you might have laying around?
