Some pics would be damn awesome....lol. I have a red 4 door 616, which is the same as the RX-2 so it should fit.

My hood decided to kinda come apart on me when I was doing 100mph..lol.

Cool Carbon Fiber Hoods

Just one question and I may be interested in getting on that list for one. Does it come ready to bolt on with the inner frame structure so we can use our original hood opening mechanism? Let me know guys and like R.P.M. stated some pics would be damn awesome! Thanks

Yes, I am still alive and kicking.... for whatever reason I haven't been getting email notification so I just updated my profile and hopeful that takes care of it.

More importantly I've been doing a home remodel/move that was only supposed to last a month or two. Overbudget and wayyyyy over on the time schedule, I am just wrapping things up in these next two weeks. I'll try get on the computer every other night from here on. It will help keep me motivated on my cars too!

BTW: My cars have all been put on the backburner, as was this project, especially since Juni never recieved payments from anyone. ZERO, not one person sent a dime. It is pretty hard to get these RX2 hoods made when everyone is waiting for the "other guy" to be the guinea pig.

I just looked at my PM's and several guys said that they'd wait to buy one once they saw how they turned out. I thought we all agreed to pay upfront to have the RX2 hoods made, therefore covering the fabrication costs? Oh well... I can't twist anybody's arm. I've already posted pics of JRX's work on the RX3 hoods and these would easily be just as good if not better.

I'd like to go forward with this but I do not want to convince Juni of JRX Rotary to do this if he is going to end up loosing money. Not many places are willing to make custom body parts for our cars and even less will continue to do so if they can't at least cover their costs. Therefore, if you guys are really still itching to do this, let's work together to make it happen or we can wait until who knows when?

Hmm, I apologize. I thought some people had already sent in their $. How many have to prepay for them to start making them? I'm seriously down, it's just picking it up that's an issue. Any chance of picking it up during SS? Not really sure how far they are from there, but I figured I would ask.
