I bet these people can make you one.

But it won't be cheap (and I know you like cheap)

ur gonna put a rotary in your yota? wat kind of yota is it? i got an 88 4x4 yota pickup that i blow around the woods in i need to replace the motor soon. id be interested to here how this works for you if u do it. i dont think a 12a is gonna have good enough torque for offroading somethin that much heavier than a 1st gen. prob need a t2 or at least a 13b na

94 pickup, 112hp, 140 ft lbs. i think my 12a with exaust and dellorto could be do the job.
the 22re runs great, its just got that clanky piston sound i hate.

How about ditching the toyo tranny and running a mazda pickup trany? You may even be able to use your toyota T-case with it. (or if worst comes to worse use a mazda one)

People put rotarys in mazda trucks fairly regularly.

If you're not attached enough to your 22re to keep it. Shurely you aren't too attached to your tranny and T-case.

If you go this rout, all you'll need for ben to make you is drive shafts.

back when i really liked trcuk stuff i was reading that a company was modding the 22re motors, and getting over 300hp out of them crazy shit.

this thread is getting off topic.
my 22re runs great, i just dont like the idea of piston engines anymore.
why change directions, up and down, when you can just spin?
