I have put $6k into this car and have many extra parts. The car has 66k original miles and has been garaged most of it’s life. No rust. Rebuilt motor (12A) with less then 500miles on it, AT (have a 5sp trans, but have not installed). Many other new parts. I was resorting this car to dive daily, but after finding out how rare it is and with parts so hard to come by, I feel the car should go to a collector. http://images.craigslist.org/0101050...97b600c0de.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/0115130...ee80005cae.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/0115130...1f6900a6b1.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/0115070...89e800a171.jpg

nice!!! but for him, good luck getting 24k.
These guys and hanging out over at the Australian forums for to long
If he's asking $24k for that, then I should ask $40k for mine with is undergoing a full rotisserie resto  What about the Red 20b SP? he should ask about $60k  Either he's watching to much Barret Jackson or he's watch the prices of the Australian cars :rlaugh: |
With some luck he'll get 8K or 9K.
Please send an e-mail to the seller about the "facts" so I can low-ball him.
thanks in advance. |

24k!! Maybe in 5-10 more years, but not now. One thing for sure parts are getting harder to find. Keep em alive!
Maybe Wacky's brothers car , but not for this one!!!
It's a crappy automatic too. Someone's smoking some good stuff.

IDK about 30k... but it is (at least to me) a much more desirable year to have then the 1974 and up
much better
In CALI, a pre-76 is a plus since its smog exempt:)
it's probably a typo.
It would be better for us SoCal'ers if it were pre-76, but it is a very properly done car. With Japanese fender mirrors, and those unbelieveable T-Cup Savanna taillights (which can fetch over $1000 if original). It is just very clean and well done.
In Australia its all about supply and demand... most of the Rx3 there and being hacked up with big HP, Simmon's wheels and candy paint so its very hard to find an all original car.. The same goes for Teacup's and Savanna tail lights, theres a huge demand for them but not enough supply so prices skyrocket on the few thats left.. Alot of our US cars are being sold off to the guys in OZ and NZ for cheap, and when it gets there they spend a few bucks on it and sell it back for big $$... I just paid $300 for 2 mint SP nose cones locally, in Australia those things go for over $2000 each.... its worst than Barrett Jackson i tell you!!
Did anyone every go see this car in person?
